Channels of Services

1. Census Serbilis Centers (CenSCs)

A component of NSO-CRS is the establishment of Census Serbilis Centers (CenSCs) nationwide. CenSCs are strategically established in different parts of the country to bring the services closer to the public. The public can walk in any of these outlets and request for Civil Registry Documents (CRD's).

What is the Touch Base Management Civil Registration System (TBMCRS)?

The TBMCRS is an innovation that revolutionize the Barangay Civil Registration System which has been adopted Nationwide.

It seeks to render prompt delivery of civil registry documents to requesting agencies like Local Government Units, Private Agencies, Industries, Academes and even Religious Groups.

It caters to clients in areas where there is no census serbilis outlet like Bukidnon and Camiguin.

This helps clients who cannot afford transportation expenses from their locality to the regional office and also for those busy people who cannot leave their work place and students who cannot leave their classes.

NSO-CRS all about

The National Statistics Office-Civil Registry System (NSO-CRS) is a computerization project of NSO in partnership with Unisys. It is designed to collect, store and manage civil registry documents, including specimen signatures of city and municipal civil registrars and CRS authorized signatories using imaging technology.

The NSO-CRS aims to:

* Enhance and improve the delivery of services to the public by expeditious processing and prompt release of requested civil registry documents;
* Efficiently organize, manage, and maintain a complete and accurate database of civil registry documents and information;
* Minimize falsification and fabrication of civil registry documents; and
* Enhance the computing capability of NSO.

eCensus

e-Census web site (e-Census.com.ph) allows an individual to file requests for civil registry documents (birth, marriage and death). For each request, a reference number is generated and a batch reference number is assigned to multiple requests per transaction. These reference numbers are used in paying and querying.

They can have their requests mailed or delivered to them. With e-Census, NSO hopes to reach more people and bring their services to where and when it is needed.
