Cyber technology is definitely a part of today’s human existence and I firmly believed that any government or private agency will be incapable to function properly without it. NSO for one depends so much on this technology that delivery of service would become impossible when even for a moment that the system goes offline.

NSO 10 now offers a more accessible means of information dissemination through the introduction of a web site where civil registration and statistical data that concerns Region 10 will be available. For sure this will be of great advantage to students, professionals, and the ordinary citizen who wants information by just a visit to an internet outlet or right in their homes. This is also a necessary move in preparation for NSO’s plan to service clients on line.
